Yik Chan is the founder of YNC Academy and YNC Entrepreneurs Club. Born in 1993, Yik Chan hails from Hong Kong who is known and respected for his multifaceted personality. He has a unique skill set to make the e-Commerce business rise to the skies. He has done over 5Mil USD e-Commerce worth sales. Yik Chan and his fiancé Cherry Ng has already set up multiple businesses worldwide at a young age of 27. They are amongst the most resilient and successful entrepreneurs.
Apart from himself being in this field, Yik Chan also shares his knowledge by lending his service as e-Commerce Coach, Business Coach, Meditation/Spiritual Coach and Motivational Speaker. He is extremely professional while teaching e-Commerce and business automation. He aims to uplift 1 million people through teaching business and spiritual study.
When he initially started with E-commerce, he hired his first VA at $20 USD per hour. He paid her to fly from PH to HK. Once he flew to PH to her workplace and saw that she had a few staff but working in her small house. All the staff was from nearby villages, they didn’t have a stable job; the VA business gave them hope. She told him that her staff was able to buy a new TV, a new sofa because of working there, making a change in their life. So, he made a decision to invest in her company, and now they have over 20 staff with a decent office.
Yik Chan believes that they are not just hiring 20 staff. Each person working for them has a family; hence they are feeding 20 families, which can be over 60+ people. The core purpose of the company must not only be serving customers the right way, but also to treat the staff as family members. He often says, ‘Money is just a bonus, when you are able to provide more job opportunities.’
