These heads you see everyday,
Don’t they go on increasing day by day?
Every nook and corner of India is a clear display of increasing population.
Whether you’re in a bus, road, hospital, airport or railway station.
For the second most populous country of the world is India.
Why it is so? Let’s move to the causes’ trivia.
We people have so much love to share,
That we begin making love anywhere.
This the reason why the birth rate proliferates
Endangering or completely destroying some innocent fates.
We push our daughters to marry as a child,
Who then have to bear children as the alpha males go wild.
Impoverished families think: more the children more will be the income.
But when it gets to their upbringing, the task becomes irksome.
Some go on producing children until they get a son,
Because you know, daughters cannot support the family in the long run.
Embrace the one child policy as a future vision
Let us take steps in the right directions.
Each one of the 7 billion of us bears the rights to live in allay.
Let us oath to transform this world into a prosperous one on this World Population Day.
