The world cup winning centre back might say that he’s happy at Dortmund but the world’s best clubs are after his signature. A string of great performances in the last few years for both club and country has made him one of the top targets for clubs like Manchester united and Barcelona. Although, Barcelona recently pulled out of the race citing his transfer fee it’s still not certain where the German will start his next season.
Eliaquim Mangala, FC Porto
The 23 year old french centre back has impressed the top brass of European football with his brilliant displays for Porto last season. The Manchester clubs and Barcelona currently lead the race to sign him. But, most clubs might baulk at his release clause of 41mn$.
Sami Khedira, Real Madrid
Another German world cup winner is expected to make the switch this season as he’s been deemed surplus to the requirements at the Spanish capital. Chelsea and Arsenal currently lead the race to sign midfielder.
James Rodrigues,AS Monaco
The golden boot winner of the 2014 world cup is expected to move to a bigger club than Monaco and the richest club of the world Real Madrid are after his signature. Monaco want a fee of 114 mn$ for his sale and Real Madrid like always are ready to fund this move by offloading players like Agnel di Maria, Isco and Khedira.
Arturo Vidal, Juventus
Vidal has had three successful seasons for Juventus by winning 3 Serie A titles with the Old lady. Van Gaal , a huge admirer of the 27 year old is expected to swoop for the Chilean in this transfer season. Apart, from Manchester United , Real Madrid too are keen admirers of the Chilean.

In spite, of his performances he too like Khedira has been deemed surplus to the requirements by coach Ancelotti. Both, PSG and Manchester United are in a bidding war to sign the winger
