Who Is Kashish Methwani?
Kashish Methwani, a young woman from Pune and a former Miss International India, has achieved All India Rank (AIR) 2 in the Combined Defence Services (CDS) examination. This accomplishment paves the way to begin her training at the Officers Training Academy (OTA) in Chennai.
She is an aspiring officer who will soon begin her role in the Indian Army. The All India Best Cadet award, given to her by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a testament to her excellent leadership skills and commitment to service.
She has also excelled in her academics, having done a Master of Science thesis in Neuroscience at Bangalore’s prestigious IISC (Indian Institute of Science).
Moreover, she was also offered a PhD at Harvard, but she chose the Indian Army instead. This is not it. She has shown her expertise in sports as well. Kashish is a national-level pistol shooter and a proficient basketball player.
Her artistic side is demonstrated by her skills as a Tabla player and Bharatnatyam dancer.

The goal is to live a life that means something not just for me but for those, whose lives I’ll touch. That is the legacy I want to leave behind. A life dedicated to uplifting others, inspiring little children and most importantly, making a difference in this world.”
Kashish Methwani envisioned her future as one dedicated to serving the nation, and she successfully turned her dreams into reality. She embodies the idea that hard work, perseverance, and self-motivation are essential qualities for achieving one’s goals.
