Indian Air Force conducted their first ever full day and night mortal combat and fire demonstration here in Pokhran, India. The sky was light up with glitter as spectators like Army Attaches of 50 countries watched it. This event earmarked India’s fighting capabilities with heavily armed counties too.
More than 200 military aircrafts, missiles, weapons were tested. President, PM, along with A.K.Anthony and other dignitaries were present to witness the occasion. Some days ago, PC had mentioned That defence will face a lean year in terms of funds. Well, if we can produce good weapons with small funds, then maybe we need to allocate more towards modern military and weapons.
Some of the participating names in the demonstration were Sukhoi 30, Mirage 2000, Jaguar, MiGs, Tejas and others light the desert sky ablaze. Giving assurance of India’s combat readiness, Defence Minister said that we are ready for any future contingency.
During the display, mock ground targets were destroyed with bombs and laser target missiles. IAF also displayed Air Show with skydiving, airplane showing tricolour formation. India can now say that they are somewhere in the Big Guns League!
