Where entrepreneurs can be seen as heroes, over time, their actions can also turn a bit you can say, villainous.
Currently, I have seen some chatter on the social media calling out Jeff Bezos, about the unfair work practices that Amazon has like timed bathroom breaks that has even resulted in employees holding in their pee for long hours in order to not waste time or get reprimanded if they go over the time limit.
Besides that, the wages of Amazon employees where a median Amazon worker earns about $28,000 that Bezos makes in just about 9 seconds are also considered not correct considering the stature of the company.
And now with the news of his upcoming venture into space tourism where according to sources he liquidates about $1 billion of Amazon stock each year to invest that into space travel is really giving new insights into the man.
At a time when the world needs more philanthropists, Bezos is happy to possibly wash away his entire $131 billion dollar fortune in a sector that is as flimsy and unnecessary currently like space tourism.
This really shows how certain entrepreneurs can turn into our desi Bollywood villains and here are examples that could put that more clearly in light.
