Creativefuel has taken over two of the country’s most iconic YouTube channels – Hasley India and Pataakha. The move signals a new era for the marketing powerhouse, as it expands its influence beyond advertising into full-scale content creation.

In a detailed Linkedin post Creativefuel’s founder, Tushar Sukhramani revealed how a casual conversation eventually turned into a high-stakes deal. Tushar made a bold offer to Ankit Madaan, the previous owner of the channels: “Why don’t you sell Hasley India and Pataakha to us?” Just one week later, the deal was sealed. Sources reveal that the deal has offered at a valuation of around $1 million.

“Hasley India has been a launchpad for some of the biggest creators in the country, including Harsh Beniwal and Ashish Chanchlani, while Pataakha has been to home to numerous fearless, unfiltered storytelling. Now, we’re taking them to the next level.” Hasley India has long dominated the youth-centric content space, with its quirky, humorous yet engaging IPs revolving around youth and challenges in adulthood. Pataakha, on the other hand, has carved a niche for itself with bold, women-centric narratives that challenge the status quo.

Together, these channels have built a devoted audience and a strong cultural footprint—one that Creativefuel now plans to supercharge. Hasley India has over 2 Million subscribers while Pataakha flaunts a loyal subscriber base of over half-a-million. Creativefuel’s co-founder , Nikhil Sukharamani, also expressed excitement on the occasion and said the move was aimed at redefining India’s digital entertainment landscape. With this, our ideas & content will get a massive distribution, the team is looking forward to create some crazy IPs,” he said.

Founded in Indore, Creativefuel is no stranger to disruptive moves. With a reach of over 200 million and the capacity to churn out 100+ UGC reels and 5,000+ memes daily, the agency has mastered the art of virality. Having executed some of the internet’s most talked-about campaigns, Creativefuel has partnered with top-tier brands like realme, Amazon miniTV, Vision11, My11Circle, Applause Entertainment, Myntra, Sony Liv, and JioHotstar.

The acquisition is being seen as a strategic leap, with a bid to solidify Creativefuel’s position not just as an advertising giant but as a content powerhouse. By integrating Hasley India and Pataakha into its media ecosystem, the agency is set to push the boundaries of digital storytelling and entertainment.

“To the teams that built these legendary platforms – respect. To the creators who will now have a bigger stage – let’s make history,” Sukhramani said.  The agency looks to set tone for the future of content in India—and this groundbreaking acquisition is just the beginning.
