The Two most reputed automobile companies of the world have broked their partnership formed in 2009. Suzuki, the japanese co. claims that Volkswagen has harmed its reputation and they want VW to sell their stakes and thier partnership.Futher, they thrased, VW for its poor engine quality.
Friends turned foe, Volkswagen on the other hand sues Suzuki for Breach of Contract.According to them, Suzuki has bought diesel engines from Fiat which is contrary to the Contract.
