Nicolo Bennati’s Ccool Is A Riveting Spin On A Favored Dining Concept  

Opening a restaurant amid a pandemic is not a simple undertaking to get people in the door. Fortunately, Businessman  Nicolo Bennati and his partners Nickloas Conde and Rudolf Budja have curated the perfect twist on a favored concept. They are attracting plenty of interest, despite postponing their grand opening. 

On November 15th, Ccool, the newest, whimsical, and luxurious wine and art bar, will open to Miami’s locals and visitors. Located at 1330 18th street off Dade Boulevard, the open space is decorated in hand-selected pieces by RETNA, Noah Becker, Andy Warhol, Nychos, and Jeff Koons from Budja’s gallery and are available for purchase. The interior is comfortable and inviting for all wine lovers and even non-wine lovers because Ccool has a full bar menu. 

The idea to pair two harmonious primeval activities, drinking and art gazing, came about when Bennati, an avid art collector and member of the Marzotto family, famously known for their production of Santa Margherita, stumbled into Budja’s gallery one day. The two bonded over their mutual interests. Bennati explained how he wished it was acceptable to drink while viewing art all the time, not just at gallery openings or exhibit reveals. The lightbulb went off for the two, and the concept was born. Before long, they brought Conde on board, who rejuvenated their vision. 

Bennati, with his insight and worldly vineyard visits and tastings, crafted a well-blended wine list. Since he acquired his sommelier certification, the young entrepreneur intends to oversee operations and be accessible on site for recommendations. Ccool’s menu contains all the classics such as charcuterie boards and also incorporates diversified ethnic flare dishes from  Chef Nando

“With my concept, I, of course, wanted to maintain the basics of a traditional wine bar, but add a unique, never been done experience to it, ” Bennati said. “The atmosphere, food, wine, everything about Ccool will speak for itself and will keep people coming back.”

Ccool will surely earn its patrons, particularly with the ever-evolving menu, wine selection, and displayed art. Bennati and his team are committed to spicing up the space frequently to keep the concept fresh and exciting. Having new menu and artists features allows for an exclusive, once in a lifetime experience for customers time and time again.
