There are some talented people in the sports world who have taken their enthusiasm for the sport to new heights and resolved to stick with it no matter what. One of them is Roshan Ramesh Shetty, an international sports commentator and presenter who made his broadcast debut on Star Sports Network in 2019.
He is a successful athlete as well as a fantastic sports commentator, both of which demonstrate his love for sports. He attended Sardar Dastur Hormazdiar High School and was born in Pune. After earning his bachelor’s degree in science (B.Sc.) from Nowrosjee Wadia College, he moved on to pursue a master’s degree in media & communication studies at Pune University in 2016. He then continued to pursue an MBA in sports marketing at Symbiosis International University. He was devoted to his athletics and gave it everything he had to accomplish his life’s purpose. He achieved record-level success because of his hard work in the sports field.
He has received numerous prizes in recognition of his talent. He realized his skill as a commentator instead of restricting himself to playing on the field. Roshan started approaching TV stations and eventually found success as a professional commentator in 2016 with the Reliance Foundation Youth Sports. He even won several awards as a sports commentator, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Ajit Pawar, presented Roshan with the “Sports Excellence” Award for his advancement as a sports broadcasting professional in 2019. Roshan has also collaborated with an Indian lifestyle-focused web series director who has won a Primetime Emmy Award.
