A Day At A Model’s Photo Shoot: We LivED It

Liv’ED It is an ED original style where we write about our personal experiences on experiencing and reviewing any app/place/website which gives us a feeling of coming back for more.

Modeling is perhaps considered to be one of the most glamorous profession to be in. You get perfect photos clicked at exotic locations, wear branded clothing and the best cosmetics, all without spending a single rupee.

But have you ever actually had the chance to experience life as a model, even an upcoming one at that?

Recently I accompanied a friend of mine who was getting a photo shoot done and I found out the reality of it all.

So let’s get on with it and livED it the experience with me:

Although there was going to be a makeup artist present, however, a last minute emergency did not allow her to be present.

So getting the makeup ready was the first step. And then my friend opened her treasure chest.

Getting ready, getting your makeup on and since it’s a day shoot, the look is quite light and fresh. Also, seeing the Delhi heat, I believe anything more would just melt of your face.

Finally the makeup is done, and our model is ready to go.

Scouting a good location for the shoot. And it was not just tiring but also boring from a spectator’s viewpoint.

Finally, found a good place and the shoot is set to start.

The photographer is finding good angles and places to shoot from.

The shoot finally begins.

Location change. This one did not take as much time to find as the first one did. Oh well.

A second outfit change. I am told that there will be one more outfit change.

We go back to the second location since that one was really good for getting shots and the photographers told to us too.

The third and the last outfit change for the day and we once again go back to the first location. According to the photographer, the looks works well with the ambience and the 2nd location would make the outfit look too out of place.

The shoot is finally over. And we can see our model engaging in some post photo shoot shenanigans.

Phew. That was a long day.

Take a look at the final result:
