Recently in South Korea, Jang Ji- Sung ‘met’ her deceased daughter with the help of technology. Science has come a long way indeed.
“Meeting You,” a South Korean documentary, broadcasted the emotional ‘reunion’ of Jang Ji-sung and an avatar of her daughter, who died in 2016 at the age of seven from leukaemia.

The footage began with the girl, Na-yeon, who asks,
“Mum, where have you been? I’ve missed you a lot. Have you missed me?”
“I have missed you Na-yeon,” Jang told the seven-year-old, her hands moving to touch her hair.
Jang said, her voice and hands shaking, “I really missed you.”
