Vijay Goel is a multi-term BJP Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha. He is the MoS for Parliamentary Affairs and Statistics and Implementation.
He is a graduate of the Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University and was the erstwhile President of the Delhi University Student’s Union. He has since been involved in politics, even serving in the Prime Minister’s Office in the Vajpayee Government.
Apart from politics, Mr. Goel is a heritage enthusiast and an prolific singer. He has worked on restoring Haveli Dharampura to its formal glory and has turned it into a popular tourist destination.
ED interviewed Mr. Goel and asked him about the current government and its performance as well as his political career spanning 30 years.
