“Man stabs his wife in broad daylight in Delhi.”
“14-year-old boy detained for raping 5-year-old girl, say cops”
“Woman allegedly raped for 2 years in UP”
“Youth rapes minor girl in Dehugaon, Maharashtra.”
“Mumbai: Man gets 10 year in jail for raping 15-year-old daughter.”
These are some of the latest headlines about crimes against women in India.
India has never been a safe land for women. According to a report by the National Crime Records Bureau (NCRB), there were about 4 lakh criminal cases committed against women in the year 2019.
This vast number has only spiked in the last two years. The report also shows that about 88 rape cases occur in a day on average in India.
The safety of women has been an issue of concern for many years. The heart-wrenching stories of innocent women being raped, murdered and forcibly killed make headlines almost every day.
These stories of excruciating pain and agony are highlighted and are made the talk of the town for a week. But as soon as time elapses, these stories are forgotten, and a new one takes its place.
People comment on these stories, post pictures about the criminals, raise issues about speedy justice and run campaigns supporting women under the umbrella of feminism.
But, the question is, “Does tweeting about a rape case on social media or discussing it on an Instagram page help in providing justice to the victim?”
Well, the answer is NO
The victims have to go through a long process of seeking justice and emotional trauma of grief, regret and pain.
Our police and institutions take years to investigate the case and finally serve justice to the victim.
The Nirbhaya gangrape case is the best example. Nirbhaya, a 23-year-old girl, who was gang-raped in a private bus by six men and died in a hospital in Singapore, had to wait for seven long years to get justice.

Do We Have Existing Laws For Self Defence In India?
Sections 96 and 106 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) explain the laws related to the right to private defence of a person or property.
The law states that a person has the authority to use necessary force against an assailant or wrongdoer to protect one’s own body. In doing so, he’s not answerable to the law for his deeds.
But this law entails proper scrutiny of the killing and demands for solid evidence to support the action of self-defence.
Should Women Have The Right To Kill In Life-Threatening Situations?
Considering the violent cases against women and the failure of our Indian legal institutions to provide speedy justice, “the right to self-defence” should be made legal for every woman to protect herself from life-threatening situations.
Women should be exempted from criminal proceedings and legal action if they accidentally kill their perpetrator during self-defence.
This right will enable women to fight their oppressors and reduce the fear of getting attacked.
To make this a reality, the women of our land should be empowered to fight for themselves and learn self-defence to protect themselves.
Self-defence and self-protection techniques should be taught in the school curriculum at the primary and secondary levels.
Attending self-defence workshops and training should be made mandatory for every woman. Killing should be made a right for self-protection, and every woman should be encouraged to exercise it.
The Issue Of Misuse
Although the right to self-defence can bring about a positive change in women’s lives, its misuse is also essential to be addressed.
This right should be extended to women in a way that it doesn’t get misused. Our legal system can play a significant role in ensuring honesty and integrity while giving women this right to safeguard themselves.
Thus, the “right to self-defence” can prove to be a boon for every woman in India.

According to the bible, women have a right to kill in self-defence just like men do! I will leave another comment showing two examples of women killing men in self-defence, because the men were trying to murder them!
Judges 4:17-21 “Howbeit Sisera fled away on his feet to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite: for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite. And Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said unto him, Turn in, my lord, turn in to me; fear not. And when he had turned in unto her into the tent, she covered him with a mantle. And he said unto her, Give me, I pray thee, a little water to drink; for I am thirsty. And she opened a bottle of milk, and gave him a drink, and covered him. Again he said unto her, Stand in the door of the tent, and it shall be, when any man doth come and enquire of thee, and say, Is there any man here? that thou shalt say, No. Then Jael Heber’s wife took a nail of the tent, and took an hammer in her hand, and went softly unto him, and smote the nail into his temples, and fastened it into the ground: for he was fast asleep and weary. So he died.” And judges 5:27 says “At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead.” And the word “bowed” means to have sex with a woman , and it us adultery since she is married to Heber. And also a few verses later, it talks about how Sisera’s mother was waiting for him to come home and the reason why it was taking him so long was because he was raping women, but she does not know that her foolish and evil warrior son got dominated and killed by a woman in self-defense, and that he attempted to rape her, which is why she killed him! I will leave the second story later.
And she was also blessed for defending herself and taking Sisera’s life in the process, because in Judges 5:24 it says, “Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent.” So Jael is not a killer, she is a heroine! And she is also an inspiration for all women and girls! ( Will leave the second story as soon as I can!)
And when Jael killed Sisera she had HYSTORICAL STRENGTH, it’s actually called SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH and it’s from Our Heavenly Father. Here is the second story about another woman that was in danger and she saved not just her life, but also the lives of those people in the tower! JUDGES 9:50-54″Then went Abimelech to Thebez, and encamped against Thebez, and took it. But there was a strong tower within the city, and thither fled all the men and women, and all they of the city, and shut it to them, and gat them up to the top of the tower. And Abimelech came unto the tower, and fought against it, and went hard unto the door of the tower to burn it with fire. And a certain woman cast a piece of a millstone upon Abimelech’s head, and all to break his skull. Then he called hastily unto the young man his armourbearer, and said unto him, Draw thy sword, and slay me, that men say not of me, A woman slew him. And his young man thrust him through, and he died.” So as you can see, Abimelech was a psychopathic, evil and hateful misogynist who had no heart. This heroic woman saved the day with SUPERNATURAL STRENGTH from Our Heavenly Father!
And those who still agree with Abimelech the son of Jerubbaal and his evil way of thinking from Lucifer in Judges 9:54, need to have their heads examined.
And it was very rude of Sisera to go to Jael’s tent because he was a criminal and deserved to die and by going to her tent, he put her in danger of being killed by Barak and the Israelite soldiers who were looking for him. And while he was their either he tried to take advantage of her or took advantage of her. Either way, she was protecting herself and her life! And when Sisera asked Jael to lie for him, it showed a sign of guilt as if he had done something to her. So Sisera was hiding behind a woman’s skirt, hoping that she would lie for him, but he thought wrong! He died like a coward not a man!
And also Abimelech the son of Jerubbaal also died like a coward,because he tried to burn the people of Thebez alive in their tower! And there is this other true story that happened in 2002 about a woman named Mira O’Connell who killed a man who broke into her home, climbed into her bed, shined a flashlight into her eyes, pointed a gun at her chest, then held her down and tried to rape her, but she flipped the script on him and overpowered him and wrestled the gun from him and rolled him onto the floor with a martial arts move that she learned from Jiu-Jitsu and fired three shots and two of them hit him, one in the chest and the other in one of his arms! She went over to him and tore his pantyhose mask off of his face and saw that he was still alive, but he had a shocked look on his face, because he had never been beaten by a woman before. After that she ran to a neighbor’s house and called 911, and while she was over there Michael Robert Magirl crawled into the hallway of her house,and he died. He spent years raping women and he finally met his death at the hands of a woman!( Just like Sisera and Abimelech the son of Jerubbaal!) I will have a verse that shows that Father YAH (Our Heavenly Father) approves of self-defense killings!
Here is one verse Genesis 9:6″Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God( YAH) made he man.” I will show you more verses that show that Father YAH sanctions the taking of someone’s life if they are trying to take yours!
And this is Our Heavenly Father’s son talking,Luke 22:36 “Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.”
So as you all can see, Our Heavenly Father(YAH) wants everyone to defend themselves and take down evil, especially when it comes to you like it came to Jael, The woman of Thebez and Mira O’Connell! And Jael is praised and celebrated in judges CH 5 by Father YAH himself because of the reason why she killed Sisera, Judges 5:23-31″ Curse ye Meroz, said the angel of the Lord, curse ye bitterly the inhabitants thereof; because they came not to the help of the Lord, to the help of the Lord against the mighty. Blessed above women shall Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite be, blessed shall she be above women in the tent. He asked water, and she gave him milk; she brought forth butter in a lordly dish. She put her hand to the nail, and her right hand to the workmen’s hammer; and with the hammer she smote Sisera, she smote off his head, when she had pierced and stricken through his temples. At her feet he bowed, he fell, he lay down: at her feet he bowed, he fell: where he bowed, there he fell down dead. The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot do long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots? Her wise ladies answered her, yea, she returned answer to herself, Have they not sped? have they not divided the prey; to every man a damsel or two; to Sisera a prey of divers colours, a prey of divers colours of needlework, of divers colours of needlework on both sides, meet for the necks of them that take the spoil? So let all thine enemies perish, O Lord: but let them that love him be as the sun when he goeth forth in his might. And the land had rest forty years.”
Judges 5:28 “The mother of Sisera looked out at a window, and cried through the lattice, Why is his chariot so long in coming? why tarry the wheels of his chariots? ” This and Judges 5:29-30 show that even women can be misogynists and hate themselves as well!

A Corporal is a Noncommissioned Officer at DoD paygrade E-4, with a starting monthly pay of $2,393.” So it’s amazing how Mira O’Connell won a fight with him and just like Jael and The woman of Thebez, Father YAH also gave her DEVINE STRENGTH!
And it should not even be a question weather or not a woman should have a right to kill their attackers on purpose if their attackers are using deadly force against them, women everywhere (not just in India) have a right to kill someone on purpose in self-defense if their attackers are trying to murder them and are using deadly force! This is Father YAH’s truth!
