India is home to a diverse number of communities and houses people of various religions and ethnicities. This demographic diversity lends itself to the development of a culture of coherence and interrelation between these communities.
Among this plethora of communities, lies the Chinese community of the Hakkas. They come from the Hakka speaking regions of China and are predominantly settled in Kolkata and Mumbai.
