ED VoxPop is where we ask people different survey questions and get responses to conduct sort of a poll of our own.

India – the largest of all democracies and a country whose constitution guarantees to protect human rights is in danger. India has an exhaustive history of Hindu-Muslim violence.

The 2002 Gujarat riots alone account for death of 790 Muslims and 254 Hindus, 223 people were reported missing and another 2,500 injured.

In this edition of ED VoxPop, we asked millennials about what they think is the cause of communal tension in India.

It is crucial to see how incidences of communal tension have affected the people of generation Z and shaped their minds as we will be the ones soon contributing in making of the decision whether these incidences of communal tension are to occur again or not.
