Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Noida is here with its annual techno- cultural- sports Festival, CONVERGE.

How many colleges have you heard of which have sporting events in the fest? Frankly, I haven’t heard of many.
All you sports freaks out there, book your dates ‘cause this is where you should ‘converge’ your energy.
Date- 27th and 28th March’ 2015
Time- 9 A.M to 6 P.M
Venue- Jaypee Institute of Information Technology, Sector 128, Noida
EVENTS
- FUTSAL– It is a 7 on 7 Football knock out tournament. Winners take back 7k and the runners up 4k.
- Other games are Cricket, Basketball, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Badminton and Lawn Tennis.
- Jaypee Youth Marathon- This is being conducted in collaboration with Umeed and the proceeds will go towards saving the girl child.
- Red Bull Paper Wings- Remember making paper planes as a kid? This event will help you reminiscence your childhood. *And of course, Red Bull gives you wings!*
Prizes are for the plane which:
- Travels the maximum distance
- Has the maximum air time
- Does tricks in the air

PRIZES
All winners and runners- up get certificates. The prize money will be decided on the spot depending on the number of participants. So make sure you participate in large numbers. :P
