Artificial Intelligence is evolving faster than ever; it has been reshaping roles and skills, and somewhere along the way, this progress has raised one question: Will AI be a threat to us in the future, or is it already a reality we are living with?
With AI being available at our disposal at every hour of the day, are young people ready to embrace it, or are they quietly anxious about what it could mean for their careers?
So, we ask Gen Z if AI threatens their career plans or if they see it as a skill they are ready to adapt to. Here’s what they have to say.

What can be concluded is that Gen Z is both positive and confused about what lies ahead. While this generation understands that change is necessary, some are also confused because this evolution is so rapid.
There might be uncertainty and confusion, but Gen Z does not seem entirely unprepared. Instead of rejecting AI, many are choosing to adapt, upskill, and coexist with it. Rather than a threat, youngsters see AI as a skill to understand and adapt to and an opportunity to grow in the future.
