Home Campus 9 Things People Do A Night Before An Exam

9 Things People Do A Night Before An Exam

  1. PERSONALITY QUIZZES

Let me take the ‘Which Harry Potter character are you’ quiz, and I shall study then. Never. Gonna. Happen.

  1. DANCE TO RANDOM SONGS

Putting on random songs like ‘Sharaara Sharaara’ and dancing like no one’s watching. And there’s a snapstory of you trying to do a pirouette. And everyone who isn’t studying (99% of the batch) has already seen it.

  1. RECITE SHAYARI- YES PEOPLE DO THAT

Well, this one is a bit odd, but my roommate once bought a shayari cum jokes book from outside a flea market and routinely recites stuff from it until we pry it from her hands and hide it. In her defense, it is more interesting than our Ethics textbook. Point taken.

  1. PLAY GAMES

Counter Strike, Call of Duty and of course, FIFA. Just one more match and I’ll study. It’s never one, is it?

  1. COUNTING AND RE-COUNTTHE NUMBER OF PAGES/SLIDES

106 pages equals 2 hours of study with bathroom and snack breaks. Yeah? Well, it’s going to turn into 5.2 seconds when you finally start next morning!

  1. CLEANING

Yeah, we’ve all done that. Because deleting ‘good morning’ pictures from my phone gallery and de-cluttering my room is infinitely better than sitting and opening a book.

  1. STALKER MODE ON

Exes, crushes, teachers; everyone’s life undergoes a thorough scan, replete with colourful comments and abuses from the ever-so-interested audience. Because, well, every professor’s life is more interesting than their subject.

  1. ROOM HOPPING

Accept it or not this is every girl’s favourite hobby. Gossip is like clothes, you can’t have enough of either! Is it 4 a.m. already? Whoops.

  1. STUDY

Surprised? But there is a 1% minority who does identify with this! How else will y’all flunk then, eh? Relative grading, bitches!

Meanwhile, *on the 5078th personality quiz*
