India Enters The Elite Nuclear Club As The Success Of Agni V Missile Triggers A Phenomenal Worldwide Response

-

India has successfully tested Agni V, the fifth ballistic missile from the Agni series of nuclear missiles developed by the Defence Research and Development Organisation. The tremendous launch of the missile was met with great appreciation from the government as well as from experts around the world.

To sum it up here are a few noteworthy things about the glorious Agni V:

  • Agni V is an intercontinental ballistic missile with an estimated range of over 5,000 km which means it can cover the whole of Asia including China, Pakistan and parts of Europe as well.
  • The test was performed from the Dr. Abdul Kalam Island off the coast of Odisha and was the fourth test launch of the missile and was tested from a canister giving it an all weather and any terrain mobile launch capability.
  • The system follows the ballistic trajectory which means the missile is a fire-and-forget system which cannot be detected easily.
  • Since it is a ballistic missile, it reaches the peak of its trajectory and turns towards the earth to hit the target with an increased speed due to the attraction of earth’s gravitational pull.
  • During re-entry, rubbing of the atmospheric air raises the temperature of the skin of missile beyond 4000 degree Celsius but the carbon-carbon heat shield used in the missile helps in maintaining the inside temperature below 50 degree Celsius.
  • The test launch also affirmed the accuracy of the employed Micro Navigation System (MINS) and Ring Laser Gyro based Inertial Navigation System (RINS) in the missile by landing within few meters of the target.
  • Four of the previous Agni missiles have been included into the Strategic Forces Command of India and after this trial, Agni V is expected to join the arsenal soon.

The results that the Agni V displayed caught the eyes of experts from all over the world. Take a look at these:

“China and India are large developing nations. We are not competitors but partners. We believe that both sides should cherish the hard-won good state of affairs at present, and work hard to uphold friendly strategic co-operation to promote joint development and make positive contributions towards maintaining peace and stability in the region.”

Liu Weimin, a spokesman for China’s Foreign Ministry

“The launch marked the moment India joined an “elite nuclear club” that also included China, Russia, France, the US, the UK and possibly Israel.”

British Broadcasting Channel

“We urge all nuclear-capable states to exercise restraint regarding nuclear capabilities. That said, India has a solid non-proliferation record.”

Mark C. Toner, a US State Department spokesman

Suffice it to say that India has gate-crashed into the exclusive world of nuclear elites such as US, UK, Russia, and France. The missile will not only be a boon to the Indian Armed Forces but it is also an ode to the brilliance and talent of the scientists of the nation.

With India being the first Asian nation to reach the Mars orbit within a budget lesser than it took to make the movie Gravity, the development of successful indigenous technologies speaks miles about India’s self-reliance as well as efficiency.

It proved the mettle of our scientists and of the nation as well.

Heartiest congratulations, India.

  1. What is the worth of the Indian Weapons or Missile systems ?

    The LACM Nirbhay missile of the Indians failed for the 5th time ! dindooohindoo

    5th time ! The Indians never learn ! The missile does not EVEN cross the Boost phase ! It was forced to self destruct as it tilted.In other words even the booster engines failed.

    What will happen at the Turbo stage when the missile inclines to a horizontal trajectory – as it is a Cruise missile – low Alt ! The Indians are only good at cheating – and so, it is better to ask Pompoo for the Tomahawk blueprints ! In any case the Indians are using US Military satellite data, and in future,will use the US Milit satellites also.

    Basically Indians are incapable of making and using missiles !

    Context1

    This is a story from the Ramayana – when Rama could not stop a crow from lacerating the breasts of his wife Sita,when he was sleeping on her lap !

    Book V : Sundara Kanda – Book Of Beauty
    Chapter [Sarga] 67

    सुख सुप्ता त्वया सार्धम् जानकी पूर्वम् उत्थिता |
    वायसः सहसा उत्पत्य विरराद स्तन अन्तरे || ५-६७-३

    “Seetha, who slept happily by your side (at one instance) got up before you. A crow coming down quickly, tore her flesh at an area in the midst of her breasts (with its beak).”

    Context 2

    SO THEN WHAT DID RAMA DO ? THE RAMAYANA SAYS THAT HE MADE A MISSILE FROM A “BLADE OF GRASS” AND THAT ALSO FAILED ! THE INDIAN MISSILES ARE MADE AND TESTED IN THE FANTASY LAND OF THE RAMAYANA !

    स दर्भम् संस्तरात् गृह्य ब्रह्म अस्त्रेण न्ययोजयः |
    प्रदीप्त इव काल अग्निः जज्वाल अभिमुखः खगम् || ५-६७-१२

    “Taking a blade of grass from your bed of the sacred grass, you charged it with the potency of Brahma missile. That flaming blade blazed forth like the fire of universal dissolution, with its end facing the bird.”

    Context 3

    THEN HANOOMAN ASKS RAMA -WHY RAMA DID NOT USE HIS “MISSILE TECHNOLOGY” AGAINST RAVANA OF LANKA AND RAMA IS SILENT ! RAMA KNOWS HIS MISSILES “DO NOT WORK” ! BUT THE INDIANS DO NOT – AND THAT IS THE DISASTER !

    एवम् अस्त्रविदाम् श्रेष्ठः सत्त्ववान् शीलवान् अपि || ५-६७-१८
    किम् अर्थम् अस्त्रम् रक्षह्सु न योजयसि राघव |

    “O Rama! Why are you not employing the same type of a missile on the demons, though you are the foremost among the wielders of missiles, though courageous and possessed of good disposition?”

    THAT IS THE KEY !

    RAMA KNEW THAT HIS MISSILES “DO NOT WORK – AND SO,HE GATHERED AN ARMY OF APES” ! BUT THE INDIANS STILL DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE STORY OF RAMA

  2. Y RAFALEE or VIKRANT ?

    Y NOT THE STEALTH OF RAVANAS PLANE

    Book III : Aranya Kanda – The Forest Trek
    Chapter [Sarga] 49

    स च मायामयो दिव्यः खर युक्तः खर स्वनः |
    प्रत्यदृश्यत हेमांगो रावणस्य महारथः || ३-४९-१९

    19. [then]; maayaamayaH = miraculously [designed for appearing and disappearing]; divyaH khara yuktaH = miraculous; mules, yoked with; khara svanaH = braying, noisily; hema angaH = golden, with wheels [parts]; raavaNasya saH mahaarathaH = Ravana’s, that, miracle-air-chariot; prati adR^ishyata = afore, appeared.

    Then the miracle-air-chariot of Ravana which is miraculously designed to appear and disappear at the wish of its master, yoked with miraculous mules, and built with its golden wheels and parts, appeared afore Ravana braying noisily. [3-49-19]

    IT IS A PLANE STEERED BY MULES – YES !

    MULES= DONKEYS ! NOT HORSES !

    AND THE MULES WERE “BRAYING” NOISILY

    AND WE RE PRAYING FOR THE IAF AND NAVY AND THEHINDOOS ! dindooohindoo

    WITH SUCH HINDOO GENIUS – Y DO THE HINOOS NEED FRENCH DASSAAULT ?

    Y NOT A FLYING VIKRANT POWERED BY COWS (AND NOT MULES?)
