Not all heroes wear capes and not all super villains have an evil laugh and a fancy lab. It’s the ideological differences where we choose to pedestalize someone as good or evil or in this case, superheroes and super villains.

Here’s a rather light-hearted read as to how some of the most famous and influential people in the world right now would be if they were to play superheroes and super villains.

The 5 people we’re gonna talk about are Donald Trump (of course), Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Kim Jong-Un and the Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau.

Starting off on a positive note, we have #1 on the list, Mr. Justin Trudeau as SUPERMAN:

After all that he has done for the people of Canada, there’s no surprise that people would give him the status of a superhero.

Trudeau

Justin Trudeau has cemented his status as the Canadian Superman by being in the news for his humble attitude, his diverse policies and his ideology of making the world a better place.

You go, Trudeau! Okay. That rhymed unintentionally.

#2. Donald Trump as Voldemort:

WOULDN’T YOU JUST KNOW IT? The most polarizing man becomes the most polarizing super-villain of them all. Donald Trump kinda is like Voldemort in real life.

Trump Super Villains Voldemort

Now, Voldemort wants pureblood wizards and witches and Trump wants an America with no immigrants. They both have a penchant for the spectacular and are show-boaters in their own right.

And yes, they do look a lot similar. Haha.

#3. Kim Jong Un as the James Bond villain Raul Silva:

Kim Jong Un with his secrecy and shady behaviour does look like a man with a plan who will spare no expenses to achieve it.

Given his vast resources, his political power, his nature as his nation’s supreme commander, it’s no surprise that he’d make a terrific James Bond villain.

So refreshing your memory, we’d like to compare him with the most spectacular Bond villain of the last decade, Raoul Silva from Skyfall!

#4. Elon Musk as Tony Stark:

It’s only natural that someone as talented as Elon Musk would not be a genius, billionaire, philanthropist and um.. not a playboy.

He’s our real life Tony stark!

Musk has a larger than life ideology and he wants to shape the world with his brilliant inventions and his company Tesla and SpaceX, much like Stark Industries from the comics.

#5. Mark Zuckerberg as Lex Luthor:

The creator of Facebook and the man on a mission to make the world more open and connected, his wealth and genius are never taken lightly and his recent controversial antics have led people and conspiracy theorists believe that Mark may just be up to something evil!

For all that and more, he’s our real-life Lex Luthor!

Why Lex?

Well, they’re both polarizing figures who have been aligned with heroes and villains, they’re both geniuses and they both have their plans to change the world but nobody knows how JUST YET.

For those reasons, Mark Zuckerberg is Lex Luthor!
