A Doodle Series On Clash Of Mindsets: The Generation Gap

-

By Anuriti Sarkar

We have often heard quotes from our elders like “beta, tumne engineering kyu nai ki?”, “Ye kya pehna hai tumne?”, “ladko ke saath itna mat ghumo, log galat samjhenge”, “aaj kal ki generation bigad gyi hai”.

And aren’t we all so tired of this shit? No matter how much our country has developed and educated, these stereotypical people still have the same narrow minds and outlook.

Here’s a poster series which’d make you ponder on the same by showing instances from everyday life:

1) Responsibilities!

2) Jobs: what people expect and what you want.

3) A night out with your friends, just having fun.

4) Marriage, is it a sin if you’re not married before 26?

5) Wearing clothes of your choice.

6) Is Live-in relationship so bad?

7) The growing network of social media.
