Holi is an important festival of India and the most awaited day of the year for many.
The way we know Holi, it is a two day festival with Holika Dahan on the first day and colors, water-guns and balloons on the other; we cannot think of any other form of celebration for it, as it has been conventionally.
Though interestingly, just like all of us have some self-mastered pranks, some unique family recipes and our own blueprints of Mission Holi, the various states and communities of our country also have their own unique traditions.
These traditions and rituals are truly very fascinating but certainly not so well known.
Come, explore the unknown in the video below :
Our country is known for the amazing diversity that we have.

There are many more festivals and many more traditions related to each, some very popular and some even existing in ignominious oblivion. Same goes for our favorite festival Holi as well!
